Terms & Conditions — Vektorascale.

1. Services: Vektorascale provides digital marketing services (paid advertising, funnels, lead generation) and AI lead systems (chatbots, instant follow-up, appointment booking, automation) as agreed in each client’s written proposal.

2. Proposals & payment: Every engagement starts with a written proposal stating scope, KPIs, timelines and fees. Work begins after the proposal is signed and any agreed setup fee is received.

3. Guarantee: Where a written performance guarantee is included in the proposal (e.g. agreed KPIs in 90 days), Vektorascale will keep working at no additional retainer until the agreed KPIs are met, as stated in the proposal.

4. Client responsibilities: The client provides timely access, feedback, ad spend budgets and content approvals needed to run campaigns. Delays on the client’s side may shift timelines.

5. Confidentiality: Both sides keep shared business information confidential and use it only for the engagement.

6. Intellectual property: Ad creatives, copy and systems built for the client become the client’s property once paid in full; Vektorascale’s underlying tools and methods remain its own.

7. Limitation of liability: Vektorascale’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before a claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue figures beyond what is written in the proposal.

8. Termination: Either side may end the engagement with 14 days’ written notice; fees for work already delivered remain due.
